YES, SET-UP, AND PICK-UP OF EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR.

USUALLY, WE WILL ARRANGE A 2 HOUR WINDOW BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR EVENT FOR RENTAL ITEMS TO BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP. THE RENTER MUST BE AT THE LOCATION AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND COLLECTION.

ADD ALL ITEMS YOU WANT TO RENT TO THE CART. CHECKOUT AND PAY THE REFUNDABLE RETAINER VIA VENMO OR ZELLE. THIS WILL SECURE YOUR DATE AND WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER EQUIPMENT IS INSPECTED FOR DAMAGES. AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AND FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT WITHOUT CHARGES OR PENALTY. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF EVENT DATE MUST TRANSFER THEIR RETAINER TO ANOTHER DATE OR FORFEIT.

ANY DAMAGED OR STOLEN EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGEABLE AT THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DEEMED MOST APPROPRIATE BY MCNALLY PARTY PROS AND WILL BECOME DUE IMMEDIATELY FROM TIME OF INVOICING.
